Business Development & Customer Success

  • Manage daily customer pipeline updates: track progress, unblock issues, and coordinate cross-team next steps
  • Own customer success execution by managing requests and organizing feedback for product sprints
  • Prospect and research new leads for conferences and events, including LinkedIn outreach planning
  • Monitor competitors and provide weekly market insights
  • Coordinate deal calendar

Marketing & Partnerships

  • Coordinate announcements for partnerships, game launches, and feature releases
  • Attend industry events with executive team preparing schedules and overseeing the meetings and execution of meetings, in addition to notes and post mortems
  • Support go-to-market activities with operators and partners
  • Develop content for social outlets and assist with thought leadership messaging

Finance & Accounting Operations

  • Process contractor payments and approve payroll across UK, US, and Poland
  • Manage monthly accounting with external accountants (bank reconciliation, CSV uploads, query resolution)
  • Track and maintain invoices across ads, in-app purchases, and operator revenue
  • Calculate and validate affiliate revenue share and wallet sponsorship invoices
  • Update budgets, financial projections, and investor reporting materials
  • Review and approve company expenses
